Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious 3BR is less than two miles from North Creek Forest, with 64 sprawling acres of greenery, seven waterways, and nine wetlands. You'll only be a mile from restaurants and bars, including McMenamins Anderson School, Sharetea, and Sparta's Pizza. The home comes equipped with a dedicated carport, a fully-fenced yard, and a large patio ideal for entertaining friends and family.

THINGS TO KNOW

• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
